We provide whole person care by facilitating timely follow up and care coordination. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, strong communication abilities and a commitment to compassionate care. The DispatchHealth mission and model allow our providers to deliver high-quality and high-value care with exceptional patient satisfaction. Shift Scheduling: Operating hours are 8AM to 8PM. You will need to be available to work a mix of both early morning shifts starting at 8AM and 10AM for each 10-hour shift. If you elect to work additional shifts, you will receive extra shift pay (in addition to your salary). Weekend Scheduling: You will be required to be available for assignment of at least four (4) weekend days during each 28-day scheduling cycle. Holiday Schedule: You are expected to work three (3) holidays annually.
