Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. The LPN is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care while supporting residents’ well-being and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
