General Summary/Responsibilities

The Salem Heights Staff Nurse (SHSRN) is accountable for the assessment, documentation, and evaluation of patients at Salem Heights and for the delivery of health services and resources that will promote self-responsibility for physical well-being, health and independence. The Salem Heights Staff Nurse will follow policies, procedures, regulatory rules and report regularly to their supervisor.
