Works under direction of PCN in orientating and delegating responsibility to the Home Health Aides within Regulatory Guidelines as per agency policy. Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) Education and Experience Requirements: LPN Degree required. Current CT license required. Minimum of four (4) years of nursing practice, two (2) years of which must be recent Med-Surg, acute care, or critical care experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
