A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a direct care worker that assists residents with medical treatments, observes and reports resident needs and concerns to the larger medical team. Utilizes nursing practice standards and evidence-based practices, obtains patient information/data; assists in planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient’s care. Able to safely operate all dialysis related equipment. Able to provide minor troubleshooting. Proficient in MIQS, the dialysis clinical and financial management software. What You Will Need : Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse, or a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of Ohio. Must be currently certified in CPR (and recertified bi-annually). Prefer minimum of one year’s experience in pertinent clinical area. Nurses who do not meet this requirement must obtain experience through competency based orientation (CBO).
