Job Responsibilities

Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents

Assist in preparing budget for the department; administer approved budget. Direct and delegate management of professional and ancillary nursing care team members.
