What You'll Be Doing The licensed practical nurse is expected to perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of nursing services and the scope of practice in a skilled nursing facility. The LPN is part of the interprofessional team to help lead the resident and family teaching program through health teaching, health counseling, provision of supportive and restorative care, under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed clinician/provider. Rotating Weekend Active NJ LPN license and BLS certified. Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in post-acute care settings (i.e. skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care).
