Cardiology Service responsibilities: i) The position will provide Cardiology services as required for patients as assigned, all without regard to source of payment. All such Services shall be performed consistent with all applicable legal requirements and in a professional and cooperative manner. ii) The position will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Cardiology and related services provided. iii) The position will be responsible for obtaining and coordinating the following general items: history and physical, laboratory results, charting of clinical findings, admissions orders, nursing instructions and other required elements. iv) The position will work closely and cooperatively with the Hospital, the Cardiologists, and other staff across all of the Cape Cod Healthcare system. v) The position will return calls to patients and additional personnel on a timely basis.
