The STNA is also responsible assisting with activities of daily living including but not limited to: resident hygiene (which can include bathing/showering, hair care, perineal care to both males and females, oral care (including dentures), nail care, and shaving), and dressing and undressing residents. The STNA will also be responsible for assisting residents with serving meals, snacks, and fresh water to ensure that the resident is provided nutrition through supervision or extensive assistance based on individual resident need.
