Director of Nursing (DON) Skilled Nursing Facility | Confidential Opportunity Position Overview The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and direction of the nursing department. This role requires a strong clinical and operational leader who ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement within a skilled nursing environment.
