Scottsdale Troon Area SYNERGY HomeCare Benefits: Competitive pay is $16.00 to $19.00/hr. Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients Employee recognition programs, Ongoing hands-on training, Supportive team environment As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will: Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and or errands, personal care needs for female and or male clients Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Qualifications: Must have One to Three years of caregiving experience Must have a Reliable Vehicle with current auto insurance and not a shared vehicle with anyone else Must be able to drive to and from clients Must have current Driver’s License and Social Security Card and or Passport, must be able to work in USA Qualifications & Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and All caregivers must be able to pass a criminal background DCW (Direct Care Worker Testing) We look forward to having you as part of our Synergy Home Care Team!
