Provides care for a wide variety of patients including those with COPD, acute/chronic respiratory failure, anoxic and traumatic brain injuries, tracheostomies/laryngectomies, cystic fibrosis, asthma, Sickle Cell crisis, and TB. Oxygen flow rates up to 30 liters/100% concentration provided via nasal cannula, heated high flow, CPAP, BiPAP, Trilogy, and chronic ventilator therapy; all in close partnership with Respiratory Therapy. Providing management of pulse oximetry, telemetry monitoring, chest tubes, Pleurx drains and Cardizem, Amiodarone, Argatroban, and Remodulin drips.
