Prior EP, cardiac or ICU experience is welcome but not required. Nurses with experience in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring—from a variety of nursing backgrounds—will find many of their skills translate well to the EP setting. All new team members participate in a comprehensive 12-week orientation , designed to provide hands-on procedural experience, strong clinical foundations, and ongoing support as you transition into the EP role. Our RNs work closely with electrophysiologists and the anesthesia team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and innovative environment. A caregiver in this position works (3 x 13-hour shifts) 6:45 am – 8:15 pm , with no on-call or holiday requirements. If applicable, initiates Solution Delivery System.
