Teach, supervise, and participate in the ongoing training of nursing personnel. Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Harmony Hospice standards, Medicare and HIPAA regulations. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 patient support. Meet agency infection control, quality, and compliance standards. Attend required meetings, team conferences, and continuing education. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
