Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions as needed. Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
