Job Summary and Qualifications The Nurse Navigator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team and serves as an advocate and educator for patients with all types of medical conditions. The Nurse Navigator’s primary function is to support patients through complex healthcare environments for the optimization of care and outcomes.
