Pediatric Leadership Position - PPEC Assistant Site Director of Nursing The Assistant Site Director of Nursing (ASDON) is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all professional and nonprofessional staff at the designated facility, under the supervision of the Site Director of Nursing. The ASDON provides coordination and supervision of all child/client/family and employee activities that happen on a day-to-day basis. The ASDON is responsible for the supervision of all tasks and duties that are delegated by Site Director of Nursing.
