Job Description Located in beautiful Northern California, Adventist Health Clear Lake has been a leading healthcare provider in Lake County since 1968. Reports To: Executive Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced Wellness Director (LVN) to serve as the lead community nurse for a senior living community in Chico, CA. This role is responsible for directing all aspects of resident care, ensuring clinical compliance with RCFE regulations, and leading a large caregiving team while partnering closely with residents, families, and leadership.
