Qualifications EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required, MSN preferred LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS / REGISTRATION: Current, active RN license in the State of California required BLS/CPR certification required Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in oncology or infusion therapy Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outpatient infusion center or related setting required Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides day-to-day leadership and work direction to nursing and support staff within the assigned site. Assigns patient loads and daily RN duties to ensure safe and balanced workflows. Reviews and approves staff timecards and PTO requests. Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to clinical staff. Serves as an on-site escalation point for clinical or operational concerns. Participates in the hiring and performance evaluation process by providing feedback to the Supervisor. Does not have formal authority for hiring, termination, or disciplinary action; escalates such matters to the Supervisor, Nursing Services.
