Responsibilities: Provide primary nursing care in the Operating Room Serve as a Circulator Understanding Scrub Role including passing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections. Ensure that the surgical team adheres to aseptic techniques. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during the procedure. Assess and monitor the patients during their surgical procedure Serve as patient’s advocate, ensuring safety throughout the procedure. Accurately completes the Intraoperative record during surgical procedure to include patient's condition; supplies used and any occurrences during surgery.
