Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Nurse Navigator Unit at the Somerset Campus Drive Triage campus. The Nurse Navigator for Triage, TNN, is a licensed professional registered nurse who serves as the clinical point of contact for oncology patients, and families. The TNN provides telephonic and electronic triage, assesses clinical symptoms, prioritizes urgency, coordinates care transitions, and facilitates timely connection to oncology services. Demonstrates exceptional assessment, critical thinking skills, and customer service skills. The role integrates expert oncology knowledge with navigation principles to ensure safe, patient-centered, and efficient access to care and symptom management.
