Duties: Performs venous and capillary blood draw for the laboratory testing from the hospital in- and out-patients. Demonstrates excellent phlebotomy skills. Job Description HAPI is seeking an FFS LPN to join our team. The FFS LPN will report to the Nurse Supervisor. JOB SUMMARY: Consistent with H.A.P.I.’s mission, policies, and governing scope of practice, and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, will assist with the Home Health Aide Training Program, to ensure the competency and certification of trainees. Duties And Responsibilities 1 Assist with the Home Health Aide Training Process and Certification. Welcomes the trainees to the HHATP. Ensures that the trainees sign the attendance sheet. Communicates with the nursing supervisor and reports lateness and/or absences. Ensures that the trainees understand the length of the program and their role and responsibilities. Hands out the Curriculum and Reading Requirements. Hands out the Text/workbooks. Keeps a track of books purchased. 2 Maintains trainees records based on the local, state, regulations as well as . accreditation standard. Ensures that the attendance sheets are kept in a binder. Ensures that trainees written competency, Supervise Practical Training and Certification are in the trainees records.
