Position Overview The Case Manager focuses on clinical quality and resource management resulting in defined clinical satisfaction and financial outcomes. They coordinate patient care to a population of different ages within the Singing River Health System. Expectation is for all performed duties to be in accordance with Singing River Health System procedures and policies, accreditation organization, and governing guidance and publications for health care employees.
