Seamless Pharmacy Coordination: Proactively and promptly notify the pharmacy of new orders and any changes to existing patient prescriptions, facilitating continuous, uninterrupted, and accurate medication availability for all residents. Safe Medication Administration: Skillfully and meticulously prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, strictly adhering to all established protocols, institutional safety guidelines, best clinical practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborative Interdisciplinary Engagement: Actively and enthusiastically participate in the interdisciplinary care team, contributing your expert insights to the collaborative development, diligent implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized, person-centered care plans that comprehensively address each resident's unique and evolving needs.
