The ideal candidate will have management experience in environmental services within a health care setting and possess knowledge of infection prevention and control, operational experience managing a team of housekeeping and environmental services staff, and have hands-on experience working throughout an aging and complicated facility. Environmental services will involve patient safety along with the ability to train and manage their staff in these practices. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage staff deployed in a variety of settings within a healthcare facility - including ambulatory clinics and overnight medical respite areas. Effectively manage staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning and disinfection practices; Provide training in areas including proper hand hygiene, PPE use, safe chemical handling and respective patient-centered interactions.
