Reports equipment malfunctions to manager. · Logs laboratory procedures completed. Processes related paperwork using computer equipment as directed. · Responsible for patient call backs, scheduling physician referrals; specialist’s referrals and pharmacy issues; and patient’s education. · Maintains examination rooms, sterilization of equipment and stocks necessary medical supplies. · Performs duties to ensure good patient flow. · Registration duties: explain to patients' accepted insurances and those out of network and knowledgeable of all pricing.
