The Hospice RN Case Manager reports to the Team Manager. He/she is responsible for identifying patient/family/facility care needs, and for providing nursing and supportive care for the terminally ill patient and their families. Clinical Nurse II (CN II) Role Summary The Clinical Nurse II (CN II) is a Registered Nurse who provides safe, patient-centered care through collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patient populations while upholding professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Howard University Hospital’s nursing mission. The CN II demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, and accountability while contributing to quality improvement and unit-based initiatives.
