Duties Include: ü Companionship & Social Engagement ü Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation ü Personal Assistance – Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing support ü Mobility Assistance & Transfers ü Medication Reminders ü Transportation & Errand Assistance (if applicable) All services are provided with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to client dignity. Qualifications & Requirements: HHA or CNA certification is welcomed but not required Caregivers and Home Care Aides without certification must have at least 6 months of direct caregiving experience Must pass a pre-employment physical & drug screening TB Test Clearance Required Criminal Background & Fingerprint Check Required Reliable Transportation Required – If transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license & auto insurance Ability to Work One (1) Weekend Day Per Month Work Schedule & Location: Serving Kent & New Castle Counties Flexible shifts available – Full-time & part-time Join a Team That Recognizes Your Value!
