We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated unit within our skilled nursing facility, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will play a key role in coordinating care, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

 Responsibilities for RN / LPN Unit Manager :

  • Work with all departments and personnel to ensure comprehensive care, treatment, and environment meet our superior standards.

  • Provide professional guidance, supervision, and encouragement to professional and non-professional staff.

  • Assumes nursing administrative responsibilities of the facility for weekend and holiday coverage as requested.

  • Supervise nursing department staff performance; assist with completion of annual evaluations.

  • Initiate disciplinary action of nursing department staff and floor nurses when warranted.

  • Hold unit meetings with nursing department staff performance as needed.

Requirements for RN / LPN Unit Manager :

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

  • Supervisory/leadership experience a must

RN/ LPN Unit Manager can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
