Registered Nurse - PICU (0.9FTE, Day/ Night) Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for experienced pediatric ICU RNs that meet eligibility requirements. The PICU has 40 beds with 8 additional expansion beds specifically dedicated to pediatric critical care for tracheotomy, CRRT, vents, organ transplant, and bone marrow transplant with research and ECMO services. There is a strong team of clinical educators and preceptors to ensure your successful training and support whether you are experienced or new to pediatrics. Typical training period can range from 10 weeks or more to effectively give your resources to attain competency and expertise in our PICU. As an integral member of the Health Care Team, the RN functions within the Scope of Practice as defined by the State, the ANA Scope and Standards for Pediatric Nursing Practice, and adheres to Seattle Children's policies/procedures and guidelines of care. Responsible for providing safe, family centered patient care.
