Job Description University of Washington Medical Center-Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced acute care Nurse Manager to work on our Cardiology/Cardiothoracic unit. Department Description 5NE, our Cardiology/Cardiothoracic unit, is a 30-bed unit, with computerized arrhythmia monitoring, that cares for patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass graft, valve replacement and repair, heart transplant, lung transplant, and lung resection surgeries. We also care for patients with pacemakers, LVADs, general cardiology concerns, and following invasive procedures for arrhythmias. In addition, coordinating the complications of End Stage Liver Disease is significant, including treatment for ascites, esophageal varices, and HCC surveillance.
