Manage and track RN “call outs” including appropriate use of PTO, notifying the Administrative Assistant for documentation in the employee’s HR file, and notifying the program in the event of a call-out to ensure proper coverage. • Recommend corrective action plans to the Program Director as needed. The Program Director will be responsible for implementing the corrective action plan. • If a corrective action plan is needed and there are clinical implications to the situation, the Lead RN will consult with the APN as needed.
