The ideal candidate will be an RN or LPN with extensive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience , strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Administrative Management: Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and assume responsibilities in their absence, overseeing daily clinical operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, residents, and families. In-depth knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.
