JOB DESCRIPTION:

The medical assistant is an important part of our multidisciplinary therapy team.  The medical assistant works under the supervision of clinical providers to assist with daily patient care needs to ensure safe execution of therapy interventions.  They are responsible for many daily tasks which facilitate smooth patient flow and coordination of care with outside vendors. The position requires mastery of basic clerical and clinical tasks. 

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR certification required

EXPERIENCE:

One year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care preferred.

This is a bargaining union position.

About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.
