Supervises LPN/LVN’s and Medical Assistants in addition to evaluating the overall effectiveness of the clinic in the absence of the Nursing Services Director/Clinic Nurse Supervisor. Ensure that exam rooms and/or triage area is stocked for necessary supplies and materials and that appropriate staff maintains a list of medical supplies. Effectively communicates and actively engages in interdisciplinary team meetings, family meetings, and clinic meetings. Participates within the interdisciplinary team in the formulation of Plans of Care participants, as well as in other interdisciplinary team settings. May be required to provide after hours and holiday coverage. Complies with all regulatory and policy and procedure guidelines. Our field based Advanced Practice Providers are equipped with everything needed to treat common to complex injuries and illnesses in the home through comprehensive health assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management, for patients of all ages. Our innovative model allows us to provide definitive care in the home, including point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration. We provide whole person care by facilitating timely follow up and care coordination. What You'll Do Shift Scheduling: May start as early as 8AM or as late as 10AM depending on the market. You will need to be available to work a mix of both early morning and late afternoon shifts for each 10-hour shift. If you elect to work additional shifts, you will receive extra shift pay (in addition to your salary). Weekend Scheduling: You will be required to be available for assignment of at least four (4) weekend days during each 28-day scheduling cycle. Holiday Schedule: You are expected to work three (3) holidays annually. Solo Requirement: You will drive to the patient’s place of residence in a DispatchHealth branded “Rover” and will independently deliver care.
