As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for a range of patient care duties, showcasing your expertise in administering medication, accurately recording dosages, reporting changes, and collecting samples. Key Responsibilities: Administer both prescription and non-prescription medications to patients as part of their daily care routine. Coordinate with various nurses to provide assistance in patient care and medication management. Adhere to written or verbal instructions on medication management, ensuring precision and accuracy. Maintain records of medication dosages and administration times. Regularly observe patients, document changes in their condition, and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
