Responsibilities As an In-Home Caregiver, you will: Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement Support clients with brain injury–related needs, including cognitive, behavioral, and mobility challenges Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members Deliver reliable, punctual care during scheduled shifts Qualifications Previous experience caring for individuals with brain injuries (required) Understanding of cognitive impairments, memory loss, emotional regulation, or behavioral changes Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Ability to remain calm and attentive in challenging situations Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to pass background checks and required screenings CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life Apply today!
