We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (D.O.N.) to lead our long term care facility. Competitive wages!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
  • Set and track departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Oversee department budgets.
  • Report directly to the administrator.
  • Maintain high standards of care for all patients.
  • Manage patients’ data and medical records as confidential records.
  • Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members about patient health.
  • Schedule staff meetings for patient updates, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
