Southwest Montana Veteran's Home is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the long-term care unit at our beautiful skilled nursing facility. Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for long term care residents

· Taking and monitoring patient vital signs

· Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing

· Preparing patients for transfers or discharge

· Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures

· Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

· Observance of patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician

· Assist in the provision of emergency care

Compensation and Schedule

· Pay rate: $33.00/hour

· Location: Butte, MT

Skills and Qualifications

· Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by Montana required

· BLS certification from the AHA required
