Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision and/or direction of a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, performs various duties assisting in the care and treatment of patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Job Description LPN - telemetry Part Time days We are a telemetry, medical/surgical floor that sees a variety of patients and diagnoses. We use a team nursing model which supports our staff and patients by distributing the workload and allowing more face-to-face time with each patient.
