Treatment/Wound Nurse As a Treatment/Wound Nurse at Advanced Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center of Garland , you will be responsible for performing resident skin assessments, obtaining treatment orders, administering treatments as ordered, and documenting appropriately to help ensure that resident skin integrity is improved and/or maintained. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Knowledge of wound care related products and procedures preferred. Identification and utilization of industry evidence base standards related to wound care. Knowledge of comprehensive wound management including wound assessment, formulation of treatment plan, recommendation of appropriate wound dressing, documentation, evaluation, education, data collection, surveillance and outcome data preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (Order entry, data input etc.) Education and/or Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Active/Valid RN/LVN nursing license in the state of Texas.
