We are a small, private LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) hospital where we truly work as one team. Our advanced practice providers (NP, PA) collaborate with a dedicated team of Hospitalists and specialists, along with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team, to meet the patient's needs. Our patients are medically complex with an average length of stay of around 25-30 days. Summary: The Physician's Assistant (PA) works within the scope of their practice and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with hospital standards in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Collaborate closely with in-house hospitalists and specialists on a daily basis. Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with hospital standards in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
