Support the health and well-being of young learners as a School-Based RN/LPN in Athens, GA. This contract role is dedicated to providing skilled nursing care within a school setting, focusing on a five-year-old student who requires specialized medical support.

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia RN or LPN license
  • Recent experience (within the last year) with tracheostomy, gastrostomy (G-tube), and jejunostomy (J-tube) care
  • Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing and school health protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized nursing care and health services to a young student with complex medical needs
  • Monitor and manage trach, G-tube, and J-tube care safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive health support
  • Maintain accurate health records and comply with relevant regulations and policies
  • Support the students attendance and engagement by managing health-related issues in the school environment

Location and Schedule:

  • Athens, GA
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
