Job Description: Nurse Practitioner Monogram Health is looking for skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants eager for the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives. You will also be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling, and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Position Overview: The Quality Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for supporting excellence in clinical practice and for coordinating activities required to meet the department’s internal and external data-related needs. This individual provides support to department leaders regarding program development and management. In addition, the coordinator facilitates department process improvement by abstraction, interpretation, and intervention of Singing River Health System patients entered into ACC/STS registries and Core Measures, where appropriate. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the management of nursing resources of an assigned program and supervising nursing staff to ensure a high level of patient care. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of the Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
