RN Duties Include: As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Measure and record residents' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration as needed upon assessment. Care Plan development and modification Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
