What you will do Nursing Practice Follows Nursing Process to deliver safe care: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Summary Statement The Community Nursing Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight for community-based nursing services. This role supervises nursing staff, ensures compliance with state and federal requirements, and supports quality care delivery for individuals receiving services in home and community settings.
