(Radiation Oncology Division) Customer Service/Patient Assistance System & Documentation Telephone Triage QUALIFICATIONS A valid Florida RN license is required. Current CPR certification are required. (AHA preferred) BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days). Experience in radiation therapy preferred. Experience with hematology/oncology /radiation oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred. Ability to assess patient needs and condition is essential. Must have strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Fluency in the English language excellent oral, written communication AND computer skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
