Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of one of the following: Nursing Assistant Program Medical Assistant Program Equivalent work history in a patient care environment Rotation with total patient care at Nursing School Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS - American Heart Association In designated areas, Certified Nursing Assistant is required Desired Qualifications: Working knowledge of Nursing Assistant function Certified Nursing Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant Responsibilities Assists in the continuity of patient care delivery within an assigned area by providing direct personal care, rehabilitative measures, and supportive services.
