Delivering excellent care to existing and new clients 2. Serving as a team lead of weekday and weekend focused Caregivers including training, scheduling, and caregiving as needed to meet the needs of the clients. 3. Update caregiver schedules on WellSky in real time. Update client tasks in WellSky as needed or instructed by team members Be available to fill a caregiver shift in the event of a no-show or call-off and a replacement is not available. Ensure caregivers have sufficient PPE supply. Responsible for Daily Care Notes – review shifts in WellSky to ensure caregivers are documenting appropriately and the team is aware of any care concerns that may be documented.
