Position Title: Registered Nurse, Non-Acute

Department/Unit: Centerville Outpatient

Shift/Hours: Days PRN Minimum is (2) 8 hours shifts per month per our Outpatient PRN guidelines. Anticipate more than this!

This is a tight- incredible team. There is a charge RN on site 4 days a week. Seeking a nurse to be competent in many divisions ( ENT, GI, Neuro, Ped Surg, Urology, etc.) We will start with learning a few and build from there. Great opportunity for someone that wants to lean into the outpatient world. Also need someone with flexibility and growth mindset!

Expected Salary Range: Minimum $31.80/hour; Mid-point $38.16/hour; Salary determined based on years of nursing experience.

Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

·Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited inst with 2 yr. exp.

·If hired as an external candidate without BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire date and complete program within 5 years of hire date

· Active Ohio RN License. May be required to obtain other state licensure.

·Foreign graduates must have license validated through CGFNS per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates

Preferred:

·BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN
